the concierge gave good advice about local trains. reception staff was also very Cute and helpful. our room was taken care of TWICE daily.
the internet was not stable. the tv had limited channels. there was no way to connect my phone to the tv.

poor air conditioning empty minibar
the staff was helpful. the location was acceptable.
The room was quite disappointing. i expected better for the price. the air conditioning barely worked. It was uncomfortably warm. the minibar was also empty upon arrival. I had to call to get it stocked.
